1» I reserve the right to deny any commission i am not comfortable with.2» The final artwork is FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
If you, commissioner, want to use it to profit/make money in any way (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, etc.), can be discussed once the final artwork is paid for. NONE OF MY ARTWORKS CAN BE USED IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY (including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space)3» Regular orders are started with upfront payment only.
Half payments are negociable with big orders for protect both artist and buyer rights. Delays must be advised. Denial of payment after service be done will result in behare/exposed/blacklisted, depending on the case justice will be called.~4» Refunds:
-Completely: Before Lineart
-Half: Colored/Lined
-Once the order is completed THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Any extensive delay: 1-2 years or consumer moral damage, refund will be considered and not discussed. Note: BELLOW INFORMED THE TIME OF WAIT FOR REGULAR ORDERS, IF YOU AGREE WITH THE T.O.S KEEP MIND THAT YOU AGREE WITH T.A.T TOO.5» You can ask how your commission is going, but not that often. I appreciate that you don't rush me. I will provide WIPs where possible and any long delays will be advised. _{Note: I am currently studying at university, I AM NOT A FULL TIME ARTIST, so it may take a while depending on the schedule I have. Please be patient, any rude behavior will not be tolerated.}6» In case of medium or large changes, you can request three free changes. Once this limit is exceeded, an extra $2 (USD) will be charged for extra change. Small changes will not be charged, but I would appreciate it if you would consider leaving a tip :,)7» Characters/commissions with complicated designs may cost more. This will be detailed during the order!
